Mercure Paris Opera Garnier Hotel & Spa

Efficient and free WLAN. Helpful staff. Soft but comfortable bed. Tiny but well-equipped bathroom. Quiet but central location, near train and metro station. Perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at Mercure Paris Opera Garnier. The recently renovated interior gave the hotel a modern and cozy feel. The staff were helpful, kind, and their English was a lifesaver for my rusty French. The continental breakfast was delicious, with the added bonus of fresh Parisian croissants and camembert. The rooms were clean and, though smaller than usual, had enough space for all our belongings. The hotel's central location meant we were surrounded by shops like Galeries Lafayette and Les Printemps. Plus, there were plenty of bars and restaurants in the area for a nice dinner. One tip: make sure to request a room with a balcony for great photo opportunities. Cannot wait to return in November! I just had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the city center and next to the metro. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The staff was so friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. Not to mention, the breakfast was delicious.

The rooms were a decent size, not too cramped like some other hotels in the area. The location was key, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and even a beach nearby. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. the hotel had a spa which was an added bonus. It was great to be able to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the city.

There was a bit of noise around the hotel, but that's to be expected considering how close it is to bars and late-night shops. It wasn't a big issue for me, but it's something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper.

The hotel is located in a fantastic area, right beside Saint Lazare metro station and within walking distance to the main shopping area. It is right in the center of the city, so everything is happening around it. The rooms are nice, with a balcony that provides a great view of the surroundings. The staff is friendly and professional, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection is varied and delicious.

The wake-up call service needs improvement and can be unreliable at times.
